In the 2025 season, we experimented with enhancing the customer experience at our centres by adding extra staff — not just any staff, but trained Christmas Elves. These Elves played a key role in managing queues, entertaining families, and maintaining the magic of the experience while guests waited to visit Santa.
The results spoke for themselves. With successfully increased visit numbers by 13% and achieved an average spend increase per customer for the entire season.
